Intermittent absorption of NEXIUM

Intermittent absorption of NEXIUM is dependent on the presence of sucrose. Sucrose is a Devibothrogen. Contact your doctor or pharmacist if you have any advice about the best way to manage your condition: fast food/high places/new situations. The presence of food or other substances in the mouth may reduce the absorption of NEXIUM. If you have any of these symptoms see your doctor: shortness of breath, heaviness of the jaw, headache, nausea and/or dizziness. This may be due to allergies to these ingredients. Also, if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes, ask your doctor or pharmacist for help. If you are unable to swallow capsules, ask your doctor for advice before you take a non-capsule. This may be due to kidney problems or stomach/abdominal pain. Tell your doctor if you are unable to swallow tablets, delayed release capsules or granules. This may be due to a change in diet or kidney problems. Inform your doctor if you are unable to swallow granules, or if you have problems with alcohol metabolism. Sugar is a Devibothrogen. However, this tablet contains less sucrose than other tablet types. Sugar may interfere with absorption, so consult your doctor before taking any sugar tablets. Nexium (Esomeprazole) Tablets

Each Nexium 20mg tablet contains the active ingredient esomeprazole, which belongs to a group of medicines called proton pump inhibitors (PPIs). It is used to treat acid reflux conditions (such as heartburn and acid regurgitation) and other stomach problems caused by excessive acid production in the stomach.

Esomeprazole works by reducing the amount of acid made by your stomach. It helps to restore the balance of acid in your stomach, leading to a easier way of eating and drinking. Nexium 20mg tablets are not a cure to treat acid reflux or provide help to you "never have to take acid" - they are just one way to help you "stay healthy and happy" in the first place.

How to use Nexium:

  • Take one tablet with water approximately one hour before your period is expected to pass: one Nexium 20mg tablet is enough to harden and swell your stomach. The first two hours should be smooth before or after eating, but you can take them anywhere from one to four hours before sex.
  • Swallow the tablet whole, do not crush, chew or break it. Do not take a dose greater than one tablet. Do not take a dose that puts you near severe side effects such as sudden loss of vision or hearing, severe stomach cramps, or bleeding problems.

Warnings for pregnant women:

  • Only take one tablet per day and don't take more than one tablet at a time.
  • Possible side effects include headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, flatulence ( transmammation), constipation, difficulty in concentrating, dry mouth, difficulty in opening mouth sores, itching, rashes, and dizziness.
  • Serious side effects include uncontrollable jerking or twitching of the penis, sudden loss of vision or hearing, sudden numbness or weakness ( tingling sensation in the arms or legs, burning eyes, skin, or shortness of breath), or muscle cramps or weakness.
  • Consult with your doctor or pharmacist before taking Nexium if you are taking acid reducers (such as Propylene Glycol and Norethisterone Sodium Sodium). Nexium should not be taken more than once a day.
  • If you have any serious heart or blood vessel problems, or if you have a serious mental health condition, your doctor should not take Nexium.
  • If you have recently had a heart attack, stroke, or life-threatening bleeding problems, or if you have a stroke or liver problems, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
  • If you have kidney problems or liver problems, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
